Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing roventissourcing.com or signing in to the Roventis operating system ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms are a binding agreement with Roventis (Pty) Ltd ("Roventis"), registered in South Africa.

2. What this Platform is

The Platform is Roventis's private business operating system. Staff use it to sell, design, e-sign, take payment, run factory production, and deliver. It is not a public affiliate programme and it is not self-service software for the public.

3. Access

  • Access is invite-only. An administrator must list your email before you can be provisioned.
  • You must be 18 or older and authorised to work with Roventis.
  • Roventis may pause, suspend or revoke access at any time.
  • A Clerk account without an invitation does not grant access.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials confidential
  • All activity under your account
  • Telling us immediately of unauthorised use
  • Keeping profile and bank details accurate for payroll

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Give false information to clients or Roventis
  • Circumvent the Platform to deal directly with Roventis clients or factories for your own account
  • Use bots or scrapers against the Platform
  • Interfere with security or proper operation
  • Violate applicable law, including POPIA and the Consumer Protection Act

6. Pay

Staff pay is agreed privately with Roventis. The Platform shows confirmed sales and job progress so that conversation has numbers. It does not display a commission wallet or a self-service payout.

7. Client and factory data

Client details, pricing, supplier terms and production files are confidential to Roventis. You may use them only to run work assigned to you on the Platform.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided for internal operations. Roventis is not liable for loss arising from unauthorised access to your account, or from decisions you make off-platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: roventis.io@gmail.com.
