Staff Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between Roventis (Pty) Ltd and you, a person invited onto the Roventis operating system. Signing in after an invitation is acceptance.

2. Role

You sell and then run fulfilment of what you sold: design, client sign-off, payment, factory and delivery. You do not set factory commercial terms or mark factory deposits. Those stay with Roventis.

3. Obligations

• Act honestly with clients, factories and Roventis
• Enter accurate deal and order information
• Complete required training before selling
• Keep client, pricing and supplier information confidential
• Comply with POPIA and applicable law

4. Pay

Pay is agreed privately. The Platform records confirmed sales and delivery so that conversation has evidence. Historical commission fields may still exist in the database; they are not a live wallet.

5. Access

Roventis may pause, suspend or revoke access. Work can be reassigned or temporarily delegated from the control panel. Audit events record who did what.

6. Confidentiality and IP

Catalogues, factory terms, client files and this software remain Roventis property. You get a licence to use them only while access is active, and only for Roventis work.
