Roventis (Pty) Ltd ("Roventis", "we", "us") protects personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share information when you use www.roventissourcing.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 You give us

• Name, email, phone, city (staff accounts)
• Bank details used for payroll
• Client and order information you enter while doing the job
• Contact-form name, email, company and message (public site)

2.2 We collect automatically

• Sign-in identity from Clerk
• Usage needed to run the operating system (pages, jobs, audit events)
• Payment confirmations from Ozow Instant EFT and PayFast on client checkouts

3. Why we use it

• Staff operations: provision invited people, run sales and fulfilment, keep an audit trail
• Clients: design approval, e-sign, payment, production status
• Enquiries: reply to companies who ask about the system
• Legal: tax, POPIA, and contract records

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with processors who run this Platform: Clerk (sign-in), Convex (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Ozow and PayFast (client payments). Factory partners receive only what is needed to manufacture an order.

5. Retention and security

We keep staff, client and payment records for as long as the business and law require. Access is invite-only. Production payments and signatures are gated server-side.
