Roventis (Pty) Ltd is a South African sourcing company. This site is the operating system the team uses to take a job from quote to delivery. We also build that kind of system for other companies.
What we do
Roventis sits between vetted factories and the South African clients who need the goods — workwear, merchandise, custom manufacturing, websites.
Staff sell the work, then run it: design approval, a signed contract, confirmed payment, production, delivery. Admin can take a job over. Staff access is granted. Companies who want their own system write to us.
How a job moves
1. Sell
Quote and invoice. Nothing is a sale until payment is confirmed.
2. Sign
The client approves the design and signs a locked PDF.
3. Make
The person who sold it assigns the factory and walks QC.
Why we built it this way
One owner per job. The person who closed it runs fulfilment. Admin covers when they cannot.
Paid is paid. Factory work does not start on a promise. Confirmed payment is the gate.
Yours to keep. For another company, we quote a serious build and a monthly amount. When the build is done, the system stays theirs to use.
